1. The problem

   A culturally silent need, and therefore a badly served one.

3. The limit of a single product

   Three different routes cannot be covered by one format.

   Microbiota support requires an oral route; tissue comfort requires localised topical application; daily cleansing requires a wash format. None of the three can substitute the others: they are different routes of administration for different needs.

4. The ACS answer
